1. Your first 14 days

   If you ask within 14 days of buying a monthly, yearly or lifetime plan, we refund the whole payment. You do not have to give a reason.

2. A renewal you forgot to cancel

   If a monthly or yearly plan renewed and you meant to cancel, ask within 7 days of the renewal and we refund it, as long as you have not used the full app since.

3. After that

   We do not refund part of a period you have started. When you cancel, the plan simply does not renew, and you keep the full app until the end of the period you paid for.

   If something we did made the app unusable for you, write to us anyway. We look at each case.

4. How to ask

   Write to [contact email] from the email address you bought with, or reply to your receipt. We answer within [2] business days.

   Stripe, which processes our payments, sends the refund to the card or account you paid with. Banks usually take 5 to 10 business days to show it.

   When a plan is refunded, your account goes back to the free version and keeps all your progress.

5. Your rights

   This policy adds to your rights under Québec’s Consumer Protection Act and the consumer law where you live; it does not replace them.
